1. PTP Blister Aluminum Foil

2. Pharmaceutical PVC Sheets and PVC/PVDC Sheets
Pharmaceutical PVC Sheets: These sheets are often used for regular blister packaging of capsules and tablets. They are available in both transparent and colored varieties. Due to their good forming properties and cost-effectiveness, they are widely used for general pharmaceutical packaging.
Pharmaceutical PVC/PVDC Sheets: Based on regular PVC sheets, a layer of PVDC (Polyvinylidene Chloride) coating is applied to improve the barrier properties. This coating effectively blocks moisture and oxygen, making it ideal for packaging high-value medications, such as certain anticancer drugs that require greater protection.
3. Cold Forming Aluminum Foil (Alu Alu Foil)
Cold forming aluminum foil, with a structure of OPA/Aluminum/PVC, is produced using cold forming technology. Unlike regular blister packaging, cold-form foil not only allows heat sealing with PTP aluminum foil but also provides enhanced barrier properties and structural strength, enabling it to withstand impact and pressure. This material is commonly used for packaging medications that are highly sensitive to moisture and light.
4. Peelable Film
Peelable film, typically made with an AL/PE structure, is also known as soft double aluminum strip foil. Its key feature is that it can be easily peeled open by patients. It is commonly used for packaging tablets and capsules that require convenient, single-dose access.
5. PVC/PE Laminated Film
PVC/PE laminated film is mainly used for liquid or powder packaging, such as suppository packaging. Its multi-layer composite structure ensures excellent moisture and leak protection, making it suitable for pharmaceuticals that require high-sealing packaging.
