We need to introduce Laminated Aluminum Sheet (Physical Vapour Deposition): Huawei aluminum can provide PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) physical vacuum plated mirror aluminum sheet. We use the latest metal surface vacuum coating technology. The material consists of an aluminum base layer, an affinity layer, a 99.99% ultra-pure aluminum layer, and a protective and enhanced reflection layer (TiO2+MgF2*).
Different from the common SiO2 combination protection and enhanced reflection layer, we use a TiO2+MgF2 combination. This new combination has been tested and the results show that the total reflectivity is 1.5% higher than that of the SiO2+TiO2 combination material, and the highest reflectivity can even reach 98% which can only be achieved by plating 99.99% ultra-pure silver. This product will greatly improve the reflective performance while reducing the material cost of customers.
