This method is quoted from Google's patent and is a casting and rolling method of 1235 aluminum foil blanks.
The aluminum foil obtained by the method has the characteristics of small size and dispersive distribution of compounds in the alloy, which can reduce the process and reduce the manufacturing cost of the product.
The method includes the following steps:
1. Roll the 1235 alloy billet with a thickness of 4-6 mm through a twin-roll continuous casting and rolling mill, and the Fe content is controlled between 0.2-0.45 (%). , Si content is controlled between 0.05-0.15(%), and other alloying elements are controlled within the composition range of 1235 alloy;
2. Cold-roll the cast-rolled strip until the strip thickness is between 0.5-0.7 mm
3. Anneal the cold-rolled strip at a high temperature of 400-500°C for 4-8 hours, and perform secondary cold-rolling on the annealed strip until the thickness of the finished product is 0.28-0.35 mm.
