In order to ensure the quality of aluminum circle, manufacturers usually set up special quality inspection posts in the process of producing round aluminum sheets. The QC manager will use professional tools to carefully check the quality of the aluminum circle. A good aluminum sheet is generally tested by the following aspects.
1. First look at the surface of the aluminum sheet. A good round aluminum plate has no deformation, scratches, cracks, macular and other phenomena. In fact, the second is to check whether the surface color of the aluminum alloy circle has different shades. If there is color difference, the quality is unqualified.
2. Chemical composition: The chemical composition of the aluminum sheet can be detected by a professional spectrum analyzer. Then compare with GB/T3880-2012 or ASTM B209 standard. We must ensure that each chemical element is within the range required by the standard.
3. Mechanical properties. Use a tensile testing machine to test the tensile strength and mechanical properties of the aluminum circle to ensure that the tensile strength and elongation of the aluminum circle meet the standards. If the mechanical properties are not up to standard, it is easy to break ducircle stamping and spinning. It will waste a lot of time and material cost in the production department. The tensile strength of round 1050-O aluminum is generally 60 MPa ~ 100 MPa; the elongation is about 35%. Generally, the tensile strength of round aluminum 1050 H12 is about 100Mpa, and the elongation is about 10%.
4. Granularity test. Different manufacturers have different requirements for grain size. According to international standards, most factories control the particle size above the second grade, and some large factories require the particle size to be the first grade. In this way, customers can be assured that in the process of producing kitchen utensils, the yield of aluminum sheets will reach 98% or even 100%.
In addition, workers need to use professional measucircle tools when inspecting aluminum sheets. Because the aluminum sheet is thin. If the quantity has a little defect, it will affect the measurement result to some extent. Therefore, a sound measurement tool must be used to test the accuracy of the aluminum sheet.
