Aluminum circles are widely used in the production of kitchen utensils, and such problems are often encountered in the process of spinning or wire drawing.
1. Rotational cracking. the spinning process, sand, impurities or embedded metal can cause cracking and edge cracking, which will waste a lot of workers' time and cost. This kind of problem is often encountered in the production of scrap aluminum sheets.
2. The problem of orange peel. the spinning process, the surface of the finished pot is sometimes not smooth and needs to be sanded. The main reason is that the grain size of the aluminum plate is not fine enough
3. Surface oxidation. Although the aluminum circle has good anti-rust performance, if the aluminum circle is eroded by rain or water ducircle storage or transportation, the surface is easily oxidized. It will affect the beauty of the kitchen utensils. Therefore, the packaging must be tight and sufficient desiccant should be placed.
4. Underweight. The packaging of the aluminum circle is a wooden pallet. Generally, the weight of each pallet is about 1000kg to 1500kg. According to international standards, the weight tolerance is +/- 3‰. However, due to size differences and packaging weight, many factories will be short of 5kg to 10kg per pallet.
