Specifications

Alloys:1050, 1060, 3003, 3004, 5052

Among them, 1050 and 1060 belong to pure aluminum, with an aluminum content of more than 99.5%. 3003 belongs to aluminum-manganese alloy, which has good alloy hardness and anti-rust function. 3004 also belongs to the aluminum-manganese alloy series, which has higher strength than 3003, good formability and good corrosion resistance, and requires parts with higher strength than 3003 alloy. 5052 is an aluminum-magnesium alloy with high hardness.

Considering the hardness and corrosion resistance, huawei aluminum usually recommends customers to choose 3004 and 5052, which are more widely used alloys in roof tiles

Coating: PE or PVDF

Usually customers will require the surface to be coated, and a small number of customers will choose bare board.

PE (polyester) and PVDF (fluorocarbon) are the most common. The coating color can be selected according to the Raul color card number, and can also be proofed according to customer needs.

PVDF has strong weather resistance, can withstand the sun and rain, can resist the erosion of various air pollutants such as acid rain and salt spray, can resist strong ultraviolet radiation and oxidation, and has a service life of more than 10-20 years.

The weather resistance of PE is average, but it also has a certain degree of anti-ultraviolet ability, which can effectively isolate the pollution of the main material of the roof tile from the outside world, and the service life is 3-5 years.

If the environment is humid near the sea or the environment is harsh, huawei aluminum recommends PVDF coating.

Thickness range: 0.4-1.0mm

Width range: 780-900MM

Effective width refers to the width of the pressed tile, range: 780-900MM, unfolded width refers to the width of the pressed tile before, 1000MM.

For example, the following product number is CL840, 840 means that the width of the roof panel is 840mm, in fact, the expanded thickness and width are 1000mm.

Production process introduction

The manufacturing process of aluminum roofing sheet is as follows:

Coating--Aluminum base coil--Press tile--Cutting board--Packaging.

In order to protect the tile surface coating during production and transportation, a transparent film is generally applied when producing aluminum-based rolls.

Package

For transportation safety, wooden pallets and iron pallets are usually packaged according to the size of the goods.

Generally, the length does not exceed 6 meters and the weight of a single pallet does not exceed 3 tons. When the length is greater than 6 meters and the weight of a single pallet is greater than 2.5 tons, it is recommended to choose an iron pallet.

Container loading

When the length of the goods does not exceed 6 meters, it can be loaded as normal. If the length exceeds 6 meters, it is recommended to replace the open top container.
