1. Applications
Aluminum foil is divided into packaging aluminum foil and industrial aluminum foil in terms of application.
Among them, aluminum foil for packaging: household foil, lunch box foil, flexible packaging foil, medicinal aluminum foil, beer (label) foil, yogurt lid foil, heat sealing foil, cigarette foil, food packaging foil (including household foil and soft packaging foil) and many more.
Industrial aluminum foil: tape foil, battery foil, cable foil, duct material, fin material, honeycomb foil, etc.
2. Alloys
Common alloys of aluminum foil: 8011, 8079, 1235, 3003, 3004.
Uncommon: 1 series aluminum foil, 1050/1060/1070, mostly used as battery cable foil
3. structures
Aluminum foil is structurally divided into plain foil and deep-processed aluminum foil.

Household foil will only be plain foil, no other processing is required, and it can be used directly, but the rewinding factory (rewinding factory) purchases large rolls and rewinds them into small rolls of a few meters, and sells them to end users in supermarkets or shopping platforms.

The lunch box foil is also a light foil, but the production of aluminum lunch boxes requires oiling before production to avoid breaking. Huawei Aluminum also provides oiling services according to customer requirements; some customers purchase plain foil and have their own oiling production lines.

Soft package composite foil, beer label foil/beer cap foil, cigarette foil: these are all deep-processed aluminum foils, usually aluminum-paper composite, aluminum-plastic composite, aluminized film and other structures.

Heat sealing foils, yogurt lidding foils: these are coatings (PP, PS glue, etc.), painted or glued on the surface of the foil.
