3105 aluminum sheet is 98% pure aluminum with specific alloys added to increase strength. This alloy cannot be hardened by heat treatment. It has excellent weldability, formability and corrosion resistance.

Annealing
Annealing from a cold worked condition may be accomplished at 650 F followed by air cooling.
Hardening
Hardens to the H12, 14, 16, 18 or 25 tempers only by cold working.
