Common specifications of color-coated aluminum sheets for aluminum honeycomb panels

Aluminum honeycomb panels are mainly composed of top aluminum sheet, honeycomb core and bottom aluminum sheet. The specifications of color-coated aluminum sheets used for top aluminum sheet and bottom aluminum sheet are slightly different. Alloys

• Common alloys: 3003/3105/5052/5005, 1 series sheets are less used.

• Common status: H14, H24

Top aluminum sheet thickness and surface treatment

• Outer surface treatment: PVDF is more common, 25 microns and above, embossing (optional);

• Inner surface treatment: chroming, epoxy varnish

• Common thickness: 0.4-1.5mm

Bottom aluminum sheet surface treatment and common thickness
